Hello bakers!
I'm searching (without luck so far) for a recipe for something I think is called "Apple Slab Cake."
Basically, it's an apple pie that's baked in a jellyroll pan. It has a crust (that I think you roll out), apple slices, etc. for the filling, and a crust that covers the entire top. Then it has a powdered sugar icing that goes over the top.
I would REALLY be SO HAPPY if someone knows what I'm talking about and has a recipe to share.
A local bakery makes this, and it is truly the BEST!
