1 cup sugar 1/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1 cup light corn syrup 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup pecan halves 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust Whipped topping Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, stir together sugar and cocoa. Add eggs, corn syrup, butter and vanilla; stir until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake 60 minutes or until set. Remove from oven to wire rack. Cool completely. Garnish with whipped topping. 8 servings. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ CHOCOLATE WALNUT PIE 6 tablespoons butter or margarine 1/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk) 1/2 cup water 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon imitation maple flavor 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust 1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Melt butter in medium saucepan over low heat. Add cocoa; stir until smooth. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, water and eggs; beat with whisk until well blended. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla, maple flavor and walnuts. Pour into pastry shell.
3. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set. Cool slightly. Serve warm or cold. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftover pie. 8 servings.
