I have an older DAK/Welbilt bread machine that is still humming along. We can get some decent hydroponic tomatoes that I would like to try using in my machine. I've varried other recipes with positive results, but for some reason I'm a little hesitant with fresh tomatoes. Any advice would be much appreciated. Jeff
