Pizza Dough

3 1/2 to 4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp Oil/Shortning
1 1/4 cup warm water
1 tbsp Yeast
1 tbsp Sugar

Its best to let it rise about 10 minutes, put it on your pan then let it rise 10 more or so, but i'm usually to lazy and it works anyways.

if im making more then peperoni i will usually parbake the crust for 5 minutes before adding the toppings

The original recipie called for 450 for 15 min, i bake it at 400 for 20-25 minutes. till the crust is starting to gold.

Enjoy Beats take out any day ;)
