Hi Everyone,

Does anyone here have any experience making sourdough bread? I am using a recipe from CoutrySide Magazine and so far the starter is doing what the article said it would. It is only a few days old. I have looked at other recipes online and they all say to keep it in the refrigerator. But the article, specifically said not to. I think I will follow the article, but I want to know if anyone else has a starter that they keep out.

Also I only have a couple recipes, does anyone have one they have tried and love? Thanks and two cheers for everyone on the boards! I think I speak for everyone when I say I love you guys!

Great Job Betsy!
