The raised, glazed doughnut recipe I am seeking is a deep-fried doughnut using powdered milk. It does not use potato flakes and the best my mom can remember it uses a very small quantity of powdered milk. She remembers that you had to make a "well" in the bowl to add in the yeast. If this rings a bell with anyone, we would love to recover this now-lost family recipe.
