Unfortunately, no sweets for me except fruits & an occassional diet ice cream. Therefore I had never tried the recipe. Nevertheless, at least the process is very clear & if you can find another recipe (Look at the ones given by dear Betsy in the site)for the dough, at least you will have the process. Anyway, I am confident that it is the best because it comes from Bon Appettit & they try their recipes carefully before even daring publishing it. They have a reputation to protect.
