About 15 years ago there was a recipe in Bon Appetit'magazine for a Crusty Apple Cake. I used to make it all the time, and everyone loved it. I have since lost this recipe and would be thrilled if someone out there happens to still have it. The only things that I can remember about this cake(besides the fact that it was delicious!) is that it was made in a bundt pan and the top,after it was turned over was crunchy.
