These oatmeal raisin cookies are fantastic. One question though: how can I make these a bit more plumper, i.e., less spread? I've tried cake flour, but that makes the cookies only marginally plumper. Should I chill the dough before baking? Use one part shortening? More oatmeal?!? Thanks for suggestions. John
