This doesn't have whipping cream, but I think this is pretty much what you are looking for me...
Bisquik Muffins
2/3 cup skim milk 1 Tbsp oil 1/4 cup egg beaters 2 cups bisquik 2 Tbsp sugar 1/4 cup fruit preserves
Glaze 2/3 cup powdered sugar 3 to 4 Tsp water
Mix all ingredients together for muffins. Put batter in 12 paper-lined or greased muffin cups. Drop 1 level teaspoon of friut preserves in middle of each muffin. Bake at 350 for 13-18 minutes. Cool slightly; drizzle with glaze. Makes 12
