Sourdough-rye-bread recipe
For a 1lb loaf..
2 1/4 t dry yeast 2 2/3 cups bread or all purpose flour 3/4 cup rye flour 3 T caraway seeds 1 t salt 1/3 cup sourdough starter 1 cup water 1 T malt or maple syrup (optional)
On Basic Bread Cycle, load all ingredients in machine according to Manufacturere's Instructions. Malt or Barley syrup is available at some health food stores...It affects only the color of the bread.
