Coconut Macaroon Cookies
1 (14 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp. vanilla Combine all 3 ingredients; chill. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Put maraschino cherry in center if desired. Yield 3 dozen.
