Banana Bread (bread machine)
Yields: 1 loaf

5 ounces Milk (1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp)
3/4 cup mashed ripe banana
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
3 Tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp active dry yeast or 1 1/2 fast rise yeast

Place all ingredients in bread pan and start machine. Enjoy!
