Yesterday I have tried Jordan Marsh Bluberry Muffins from the recipe found in this site. I replaced blueberries (cannot find them in my country)with frozen raspberries and I increased their quantity from one pint to 2.5 cups. I crushed one cup of the frozen fruit in the blender and I stirred it in the mixture until it became pink (!!!!). Then I stirred 1.5 cup whole frozen berries in the mixture and I divided the dough in very well buttered and floured 12-muffin tins. I baked them for 30 minutes and I took them out of the tins as soon as they came out of the oven. They were heavenly delicious, simply perfect. I recommend this recipe to everyone. :-)
