This is a cake that is not made from actual tortillas but is made by pouring a thin layer of batter, baking, then adding another thin layer and baking etc. I don't know if there is filling in between. I originally had this cake from Pacific Desserts in Seattle WA and found the recipe once in a woman's magazine here in Australia but lost it. It is a delicate crunchy cake, It gets the name tortilla from the thin layers.
