Hi Debbie, I have a mini bundt pan too and love it. You can bake any cake, muffin, or quick bread (or even yeast dough) in it. Even though mine has a non-stick coating I still give it a spritz of cooking spray first. Fill each cup about 1/2-2/3 full. If using muffin or quick bread batter bake at 375-400 and start checking for doneness at about 15 minutes. If using cake batter bake at 350F and start checking at 10 minutes.
