i am making a wedding cake. i have used collette peters recipe for snow white cake and have found it to be dry. i have read all the responses on the message board and wonder if you have found the perfect recipe for a moist white wedding cake.the cake must be white as i am using rolled fondant icing.do you know if oil can be added to a cake recipe to make it moist? does it alter the recipe at all?thank you for any advice.
