It is 2/3 cup of 1/3 less fat cream cheese. It is written that way on the cream cheese container, 1/3 less fat, the Philadelphia brand. The off-brands may carry the same type, but I'm not sure. But, you can use full fat or fat free cream cheese, depending on what is available to you. Of course, a change in the fat content of the cream cheese will affect the nutritional content.
