Gladys your Mango Cheesecake sounds wonderful but I'm scared of Mangos, while visiting my in-laws I ate to many mangos, I just loved them, my face swelled something terrible, the doctor thought it was shell fish , until it happened the second time when I was there. I wonder if any one else has that problem? Thanks for all the the wonderful recipes.
