It depends on how you are packaging your cookies whether this would be a good recipe or not. At our cookie exchange people bring their cookies pre-packaged in 3s or 4s depending on the amount of guests that year. 3 or 4 cookies from each guest are placed on platters to share at the buffet after the exchange. Some exchanges, however, put all the cookies on platters and guests fill their own containers to take home. In that case, these might work. They sure are yummy and relatively easy to make, as they are a bar cookie. Usually our guests need to make around 9 dozen each, so ease is often a consideration!

CRUNCHY FUDGE BROWNIES

21 oz. Fudge Brownie Mix
Enough mini marshmallows to cover a 13x9 pan
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon margarine
2 cups Rice Krispies

Grease and flour a 13X9 pan. Prepare brownies per package directions. Bake 22 minutes at oven temperature called for on package. Remove from oven and immediately top with mini marshmallows. Bake an additional 3 minutes. Cool. Melt peanut butter, chocolate chips and margarine. Stir until smooth. Add 2 cups Rice Krispies. Spread while warm over marshmallow layer. Cool or chill and cut into squares.
