SESAME TOFFEE BARS
Graham crackers 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 sticks of margarine 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
Break graham crackers into 1/4s along the marked lines and line a large jelly roll pan ( cookie sheet with sides) with the crackers. Melt together brown sugar and margarine. Bring to a boil, turn down heat and boil for 3 minutes. Pour over graham crackers, sprinkle with sesame seeds and pecans. Bake in 350F oven for 10 minutes. Immediately remove crackers from pan with a spatula and let cool on cake racks. If they set too hard before you can get them off, return pan to oven for a few seconds
