7-Up Cake and Frosting

3 sticks (1 1/2 cups) butter or margarine (better with butter)
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
2 tsp pure lemon extract
3 cups cake flour
3/4 cup 7-Up

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time; add lemon extract.
Alternate adding cake flour and 7-Up.
Put in greased Bundt Cake Pan.
Bake at 325F for 1 hr. 15 min.
To Serve: Serve plain or with lemon glaze.
