Hi again Kel :)
I've been to the URL you sent me and read all of the contents. I'm now not sure whether I should be dissolving the active dry yeast or not because the one recipe I've been using doesn't call for it to be dissolved.
So I've now decided it'll be a "trial and error" weekend ... I'm going to try ALL the recipes I have, firstly undissolved and then dissolved if it doesn't work the first time. Once I have a decent amount of successes (hopefully! ;D), I'll let you know how I went. Maybe it'll help someone else with the same problem! :D
Have a great day and thanks again for your help! :D Oh, it was amusing to read about Australians eating yeast as a supplement ... I grew up on Vegemite in Australia, had my daughter bring some to the States for me last December and it's now in Germany with us!! ;D
