I've tried your recipe Charles, and both hubby and I love it!! :D It's a nice, light bread that isn't overly sweet from the honey. It also rose beautifully and was a lovely golden colour on the outside when finished.

I've got an older machine, a Welbilt ABM3000 Bread Machine, so it's not easy finding recipes. So once again, thank you for providing me with another one that works!! :D

I guess the next project is trying the Honey Wheat Bread that failed but adding more salt to see if it works ;)
