I'm searching for a recipe that uses store bought puff pastry to make a cheese danish. I had this once at a brunch gathering and it was really great. I remember it was rectangular in shape, had the cream cheese filling down the middle and the pastry was criss-crossed over the top. It then had walnuts and a simple glaze covering the finished product. Any recipes, ideas or suggestions would be really appreciated.
