I made a cake a while back from a mix I purchased at the store. It was a yellow cake mix and it was Betty Crocker. I made the recipe on the back of the box, "Carrot Cake". It had eggs, carrots and pecans in it, it called for less water than a regular cake.

Now I cannot find that mix and I am mad at myself for throwing away the box with the recipe. Can you help me out here. My family is begging for this cake. I actually made cupcakes instead of a cake. They are great for a rushed morning, just grab one and you are on your way.
