I AM A DIABETIC AND I DO A LOT OF BAKING..I SIMPLY REMAKE MOST RECIPES..SUBSTITUE YOUR RECIPE WITH ALL THE LOWER FAT AND SUGAR INGREDIENTES AVAILABLE..USE SPLENDA CUP FOR CUP INSTEAD OF REGULAR SUGAR AND THERE U HAVE YOUR WEDDING CAKE..ANY DOUBTS ..ASK ME.. ANNIE.
