dear kristen,

with 90 degree weather, the fat in the buttercream frosting may melt and ruin the cake. A friend had an outdoor wedding receptionand this happened to her. Sadly, no one ate any cake. you may want to try a fondant. I read this is stable since it is made without fat. Decorations could be fresh or fondant flowers.
