AJ please let me know what you think when you try it. I have been dissapointed several times by recipes from others that claim they are the best; and they are not. So, your HONEST opinion would be greatly appreciated. Would really like to get your opinion.

I also have a great recipe for a cheesecake. Let me know if you want it and I'll post it.
