This cake was so good~ Made it for my family last night. Had to go to three liquor stores to find the raspberry wine cooler but it was well worth the effort. There was alot of filling, so I divided the cake layers and spread three thin layers. Upon cutting, what a presentation! The icing hardens on the outside layer because of the three ounces of chocolate but is very soft beneath. I garnished with a few raspberries in the center surrounded by a few mint leaves. The cake was light in texture and moist and a very delicious flavor. This cake is worth the effort and your family will think you the greatest for making such a delight.
