I would like to prepare flourless chocolate tortes ahead of time and freeze (or refrigerate) the batter. Will it work since or will the egg whites deflate. Does anyone have a recipe, or recommendations. Or, the alternative is to bake the tortes an then freeze them - do they freeze well?
HELP!
