Hey, I've really enjoyed all of your postings! Thank you all so much for your valuable insight. Could you send me the French buttercream recipe from Cocolat? I read your description of technique, but I need a recipe to go along with it. I would buy the book but it's out of print and I can't find it for less than $100 and I'm only a beginner. I'm making wedding cupcakes for my best friend and need a stellar icing. I realize the french buttercream is difficult, but I'm ready to try it - my friend is worth it! Your description of it made my mouth water. Please help if you can! Thanks so much! Nicole
