JOANNE: Good Morning. I learned from the manufacter that your pan holds 1/2 cup of batter & that is allowing for the chemical leaveners as well. For your information if you wish you can do a "Box recipe" in this baking pan because a box recipe contains approx 5 cups of batter. Your pan holds 4 1/2 cups of batter. Now then, I can furnish you with a date-nut recipe but not for 4 1/2 cups of batter. I can post one that will also have enough batter to do 18 muffins as well or a large bundt cake. IF you wish to make this recipe please mention your baking skills so that I will know how to structure the directions. Have a nice day young lady. ~Chef Dunask.
