I have been looking for a cheesecake recipe from a magazine I had about 12 years ago. I lost the magazine and have been looking everwhere for this recipe. It was called Supreme Cheesecake, it called for zwiebak (?) crackers, but the thing that distinguishes this recipe from all the others is you had to beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into your batter. This was the best cheesecake I have ever had. This looks like the recipe I had. The magazine was either Family Circle, Good Housekeeping or McCall. I will try this recipe soon. This recipe is the closes to the one I remember. Thanks
Esther
