Pumpkin Bread (Teacake) (bread machine)
1 1/4 cups A/P flour 1 1/2 teas baking powder 1/4 teas baking soda 1/2 teas salt 1 teas cinnamon 1/8 teas nutmeg 1/4 teas ginger 1/8 teas allspice 1/4 cup veg oil (CORN OR SAFF OIL IS GOOD) 1 cup granulated sugar 1 large egg 1 cup pumpkin puree (canned solid-pack-- Not pie mix.) 3/4 cup bite-sized walnuts (Can be broken up with a rolling pin). OPTIONAL: Substitute 3 TBLS of honey for 3 Tbls of sugar. Follow machine directions for ingredient order flow. My advice is after mixing remove & place concoction in a loaf pan or 5 cup bundt pan & bake at 350 degrees for approx 40-50 minutes. Grease pan well. Cool throughly before removing cake from pan. If using honey bake at 325 degrees. Bigbread.
