You and anyone else that is interested, should look at the other manuals as they have differant recipes and tips in them, the Horizontal has some good tips in it's recipe section, some have the 1.5 and 2 lb recipes, so its worth your time to look, as a extra tip in the Adobe site you can download a trial version of there profesional .PDF writer, its large and can only be used for 30 days but if you get all your recipies together first before you install the demo you can make a compact recipe book with a menu.
