Buttercream Icing
1 pound confectionary sugar 3/4 cup Crisco 3/4 teaspoon Wilson Clear Vanilla 1/2 teaspoon other brand clear vanilla 1/2 teaspoon clear butter flavoring (optional) 1/4 teaspoon salt
Beat on high with mixer adding a small amount of water until you reach the proper consistancy for your cakes or decorating icing.
NOTE: this holds up extremely well in HOT weather!! - Will not melt off your cakes.
