Good Afternoon. To place this cake in one pan you will need a 14 inch by 2 inch deep round pan and this is allowing for leavening.
OR
(2) 10 X 2 inch pans.
OR
cut the recipe in half & use one 10 inch round cake pan.

You see there are 79 oz of batter in this recipe that means 10 cups of batter. If you require more help send me a post. Have a nice day.
