I'm not familiar with that particular cake, but I found a recipe that would probably fill the bill. You don't mention any other ingredients or the variety of nut, so I'm just guessing; but the following recipe might be close to what you want. DATE-NUT CAKE
4 eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup oil 1 tsp. salt 1 c. flour 1 lb. pitted dates, chopped 4 cups pecan halves 1 tsp. baking powder
Do not preheat oven. Combine eggs, sugar, and oil and beat well. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Place in oiled and floured 9x5x5-inch loaf pan; bake in slow oven, 300F for approximately 2 hours. Makes 1 (3 lb.) loaf
