BUTTERSCOTCH POTATO CHIP COOKIES
1 cup margarine or butter 1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 potato chips, coarsely crushed 2-1/2 cups flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 pkg. (6 oz.) butterscotch chips (or more as desired) Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add potato chips and butterscotch chips.
Sift flour and soda together. Stir into creamed mixture.
Drop by teaspoon (or bigger) on greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees F.
