I am making a cake like a fish. I have a sheet cake made and am putting a fish on top. I freehanded the shape, cut the fish from a sheet cake. I covered it with a vanilla coating and will paint all the features in. I will put icing on the bottom layer, hoping it will look like a lake. I am making this for a guy who loves fishing so will have a topper of a fisherman in his boat with his big catch.
