I had a recipe from the Houston Chronicle or the Houston Post years ago for a Jack Daniels Cake. It would have been made with walnuts as the topping, but it cooks at the bottom of a cake pan and can b served w/ kool-whip or vanilla ice cream. I have lost this recipe and it's excellent. If anyone out there somewhere in the Houston/Austin/Galveston area would happen to have this recipe, please send it to me. I got this recipe from the food section of the paper. I have a very hard time trying to find this recipe and any help would be appreciated. Thank You!
