DONNA:
Good Morning to you. I will post two very simple & easy recipes for you for the ricotta icing.

CREAMY RICOTTA CHEESE FROSTING

16 oz ricotta cheese of your choosing
4 tbsp orange juice
1/4 tsp of orange extract (optional)
4 tbsp honey
2 teas vanilla extract

In a food processor whip ricotta till smooth & thick. Add orange juice, Extract, honey, and vanilla. Process while adding the liquid ingredients.

RICTTA CHEESE ICING

16 oz ricotta cheese of your choosing
1 tsp of vanilla
4 tbsp honey

Place all ingredients in a food processor & blend till smooth.
