Hi Marilyn,
From the looks of it, the recipe just uses the processor for chopping the chocolate for the ganache and mixing it. You can chop or shred the chocoalte by hand and stir it into the warmed cream and then proceed with the recipe.

I was reading with interest the receipe for the triple layer chocolate cake. Unfortunately, I don't have a food processor. Do you have the instructions for those wanting to make the cake without one?
