Isn't it annoying when a favorite recipe doesn't come out right any more?
Two suggestions: 1) Check your oven temperature with an oven thermometer. It could be that the oven temperature is actually lower than 350 degrees. You can usually reset it by removing the knob and clicking the stem one notch (refer to the manufacturer's manual for help).
2) Check the flour you're using and try a different brand if necessary. "All-purpose" flour is not the same in all parts of the country. If you moved to Florida from a different area of the country, that may be the problem with your recipe failing. In the South, all-purpose flour is softer. You may have to try a different brand or add a little bread flour to your recipe.
