Recipe: Skor Squares using Ritz Crackers (repost)

This recipe was previously posted on the RecipeLink as "tried" by Carolyn in Colorado in (2003) Yeah! Happy cooking.

SKOR SQUARES

1 CAN OF SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
1 BOX OF ORIGINAL RITZ CRACKERS
1 BAG OF Skor TOFFEE BITS.
CRUSH CRACKERS INTO FINE CRUMBS.
VANILLA FROSTING

CRUSH RITZ CRACKERS WITH ROLLING PIN (IF YOU LEAVE THEM IN THE BAG IT IS LESS MESSY). ADD SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK, AND 1/2 - BAG OF THE TOFFEE BITS. MIX WELL AND PRESS INTO A GREASED 8X8 - INCH SQUARE PAN. BAKE IN A PREHEATED 350 F. OVEN FOR 15 – 20 - MINUTES. LET COOL AND TOP WITH ICING, AND SPRINKLE REMAINING TOFFEE BITS ON TOP. CUT INTO SQUARES.
