Oatmeal Flat Bread
2 cups flour 2 cups oatmeal (dry) 2 cups Total, crushed 1 cup sugar (or less) 1/2 tsp. salt 2 sticks (1 cup) butter or margarine 3/4 cup warm water 1 tsp. soda
Combine flour, oats, Total, sugar, and salt. Cut in margarine like you would for a pie crust. Dissolve soda in water and add. Chill dough.
Roll out dough very thin on floured board. Cut into strips about 4x6-inches, squares, or cut with a pastry wheel, any shape.
Bake in 350 degree oven on cookie sheets until light brown, about 8-10 minutes. Store in air-tight container. Great with soups or dips.
