Just wondering if you have considered the "old-fashioned" fruitcake style of wedding cake? If you want it I can dig out the recipe my grandma always used and post it. I will do my best to get it up quickly if you want the recipe. I guarantee this is a great tasting cake WITHOUT alcohol - unlike most fruitcakes. It is very full of fruit and you will need two very large bowls to make it, but it is well worth the money and time. Good luck.
