Hi, I'm looking for a recipe that I have lost for cookies called "PARTY PINKS". They were great cookies and a hit evrytime I made them. It consisted of creaming butter, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Then then tinting with red food color to achieve a delicate pink hue. A portion of the creamed mixture is set aside for topping. After making dough I would roll into walnut sized balls, dip in egg whites roll in chopped pecans and baked for a few minutes. Then I would make an indentation with the back of a small measuring spoon and return to oven for a few more minutes. When coold I would fill each indentation with the pink filling...YUMMY! Anyone have this recipe? I would love to have it again. GypsyCat9@aol.com
