I am sorry about your fire. I still think the American Harvester was the best bread machine. I wore mine out! There are two recipes in the book so I will post both of them.
PARMESAN PIZZA CRUST
Dough: 1 1/4 cups water 2 tablespoons oilive oil 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons whole wheat flour 3 cups white bread flour 2 teaspoons active dry yeast 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Divide the dough into two pieces; roll each piece to fit a greased 12 inch pizza pan. Place dough on pizza pan and pinch the dough around the edges to form a small rim Spread with pizza sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until done.
Makes two (12 inch) pizzas
